Extensions, alterations and full home renovations, from building a new level over a retained ground floor to extending and refurbishing an existing home. We coordinate architects, engineers and trades so the new work and the existing structure come together properly.

New homes and duplexes, including builds behind retained heritage façades and large residential pools. We manage sequencing and trade coordination from site setup through to handover, so works stay on programme without compromising build quality.

APARTMENT REFURBISHMENTS

Full internal refurbishments of apartments in multi-residential buildings, including kitchens, bathrooms and finishes. We sequence works around building access and strata requirements, keeping residents informed throughout.
